Shipping and Delivery

We process and ship orders within 1 to 2 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and the shipping method selected. We offer nationwide shipping within Colombia and international shipping.

Domestic Shipping: Orders within Colombia have an estimated delivery time of 1 to 5 business days.

International Shipping: The estimated delivery time for international shipments is 5 to 15 business days. In case of unforeseen delays, we will do our best to notify you and provide you with updated information on the status of your order.

Shipping costs may vary depending on current promotions or discounts, and the exact amount will be reflected in the total at checkout. For international shipments, additional taxes and duties may apply according to the laws of the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.

OVERSIZE is responsible for tracking the shipment and ensuring that the order arrives to the customer within the established timeframe. If the order is lost or there is a problem with the shipment, we will handle the claims with the courier company on behalf of the customer and work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under these conditions:

You have up to 15 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are covered by the store. Some discounted or clearance items are NOT eligible for return.
